This SMS messaging program is operated by an individual (the "Operator") for personal use. The program sends short, automated SMS text-message alerts relating to the Operator's own software systems — specifically alerts about newly discovered software vulnerabilities and operational notifications about the Operator's servers. The recipient is the Operator's own phone number.
By configuring this messaging program to send SMS messages to the configured mobile phone number, the Operator (who is also the recipient) provides express consent to receive automated SMS text messages from this program. The configuration of the recipient phone number into the sending system constitutes opt-in consent.
SMS messages contain short summaries of automated alerts — for example, the name of an affected software package, a vulnerability identifier, a brief operational status, or a count of new findings. No marketing, promotional, advertising, financial-services, gambling-related, debt-collection-related, hate-speech, or political content is sent under this program.
Message frequency varies and depends on the volume of system events generated by the Operator's monitored projects. Typical volume is fewer than 100 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier plan. The Operator pays the sender-side messaging fees charged by the SMS provider.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or CANCEL to any message and the recipient will be immediately and permanently unsubscribed from further SMS messages from this program. After replying with one of these keywords, you will receive an SMS confirming the cancellation, and no further messages will be sent.
Reply HELP to any message to receive a brief description of this messaging program and the Operator's contact information.
How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Briefly: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time, and mobile information will never be shared or sold to third parties or lead generators.
SMS messages under this program are delivered via Twilio Inc. as the SMS provider. Delivery to the recipient is subject to the recipient mobile carrier's terms and may be delayed or unavailable depending on network conditions or carrier policies.
This SMS service is intended only for use by the Operator, who is over the age of 18. It is not directed to or available for the general public, and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date.
